@andrewwillmott I do kinda get what they are trying to emulate, having seen and used some hardware mixers IRL. A lot of feel to using that stuff. But yeah, this seems really silly...

@kenney @godotengine Oh yes! There are paid kits in Unity land, and I have been trying to build the scoring logic for one myself in dragonruby. But it's a tricky pattern finding problem for a more art brained me. So if you can inplement something simple to follow that can do some detecting shape or count of symbols in a given color match, that would be an amazing resource to learn from and play with! This logic shows up a lot in puzzle game stuff, and most (including me) tend to brute force it!

@krita Finally using fill on beak will no longer flood entire drawing to yellow because of a small silly gap by mistake! So many neat updates here!

@yora Don't forget all the processor/hd innovations like instant load times for level chunks allowing reality shifts, rendering like Riven where a 2d prerendered can now run realtime, and innovative uses of ram to do tons of special effects for games like Control's rediculous particles/graphical tricks. A lot of it has opened up new ways to be very creative with game elements that while maybe not 100% new are certainly now able to be pushed way further.

@andrewwillmott When you leave the artist in charge of implementing dial rotation, lol. 😹 I am unsure if this is lazy or an incredible effort. They appear to be photographs of a real knob? Oh dear...
