@fabio I agree, but we need to onboard app-developers too. My daughter's school app doesn't work if there's any VPN active (my phone is permanently wireguarded to my home network), Stripe can't accept payments on fairphone 5 (used to!) because some bullshit about google services or developer options (tried evertthing). There are no linux apps for major banks, goverment, health care... and I use the app because their websites are much worse... 😭😭

@dthompson@toot.cat we learned A LOT while implementing our own framework, will I do it again? probably not. Was it perfect? fuck no! but it was just what we needed, without extra bullshit, so it was fast and simple.

"Past-me" put the wrong servos in the wrong place, to "fix" that just exchanged the wiring, so the right signal is sent to the right motor... which acts on the wrong place! Once that was fixed... then I forgot about the different power modes: the MCU was on, the motors were off, my brain probably disabled. Took me more than I'm willing to admit to realize that. The good news is that the PCB seems to be ok this time. 🤖🤖🤖

@stage7 claro, yo hablo desde mi experiencia como turista en japon, sobre todo en grandes ciudades, pero viviendo en Cartagena/Murcia el tren y sus comunicaciones... dan pena. Supongo que en madrid/bcn podria tener sentido en el metro. En Belgica el tren tambien me resulto mas amable
