I've been reading The Samurai and the Prisoner, a historical mystery novel set during the siege on Arioka Castle. Under Araki Murashige's watch, a string of incidents threaten to break the morale of the troops, so he has to turn to his prisoner, one of Oda Nobunaga's most gifted strategists.
It's been great so far, and it has me curious to see Kiyoshi Kurosawa's adaptation of it!
some good stills from recent episodes
finding out there's a ps1 game that loosely adapts some mystery novels I've been enjoying, hopefully we see a (non-MTL) translation with the last book it adapts coming out in English in under 2 weeks
looking at either going back to eleventy or another static site generator

friend was talking about Deltora Quest last night and that was when I learned it wasn't in fact originally an anime series and DS game (these were my only awareness of it)
