@MostlyHarmless@thecanadian.social The trick is in buying/preparing the healthier snack so it is easy to grab when the snacking hunger comes. For healtier icecream we freeze diced overripe banana. And we keep frozen berries in our freezer. When one of us wants ice-cream, we blend the banana with the berries. A treat! For snacking in the evening we tried with nuts and carrots, but too many nuts are high in calories and I really don't like raw vegetables in the evening so still no solution..

@carstenfranke@mastodon.social Cool, which software do you use now? And what do you sell?

@randahl Wonderful! Jeg elsker dansk.

@robin@social.riley.pub What exactly is in there?

@OohOkayKay Try Nivea sunscreen by Beiersdorf. At least here it is without aloe vera.

@_elena@mastodon.social There is a small park nearby as well, near Kellinghusenstr. And a bigger one near Martinistr. I really hope you enjoy it. Good luck for your talk!
