Les 68 millions de dollars représentent environ 0,0017% de cette somme. Pour mettre les chose en perspective, un SMIC net ≈ 1 400 € par mois, soit 16 800 € sur un an. Si on applique le même pourcentage : 0,0017 % de 16 800 € ≈ 0,29 €. L’“amende” de Google équivaux à ce qu’une personne au SMIC paye 30 centimes sur une année entière de revenus !!!

@davidrevoy It’s like seedy anime sites and YouTube mp3 converters. They do what they promise - but WILL try to trick you into downloading a virus. At this point it’s almost a greeting. I try to extract a song and it goes: « free VPN installer tonight perhaps ? » « Free VPN installer tonight, queen ? » And I’m like: « you sly dog, you know why I’m here. Show me the goods. » And the converter goes: « ahhh you got me. Worth a try tho. Here you go, king. »

Aber als Franzose, der weiß, wie schlecht die Regierung Entscheidungen treffen kann und wie stark sie von den GAFAM unterwandert ist – durch den systematischen Einsatz von US-amerikanischen Beratungsfirmen –, würde es mich nicht wundern, wenn dieses Ding am Ende bestenfalls wackelig ist und von der Verwaltung eher aus rechtlicher Verpflichtung als aus freiem Willen genutzt wird.
