I want to get better at using the LLMs. I made this thing that I always wanted to have: a page that quickly lets you find the right FormatStyle. The whole thing runs in wasm (warning: large binary) so it doesn't need a server component. Happy to take feedback. http://formatstyle.guide

@dasdom@chaos.social yes! I really enjoy the teaching I do, I think people really enjoy taking the courses. I'm just trying to figure out if there's a better way to do my job than telling people "don't use the LLM when learning".
When you work with LLMs, you can also take a different approach towards dependencies. Instead of seeing them as fixed, you can actually just completely integrate them and take ownership. https://chris.eidhof.nl/post/integrating-dependencies-into-llm-assistant-projects/

@luckkerr yes, it's native Swift. I do have a dependency on Foundation so I'm not sure if that is an option, haven't researched it further...

@dubroy@hachyderm.io I'm only getting to process this now, thank you so much. This is really useful. I'm building something (for now) on top of SwiftSyntax, at which point a tree has already been constructed. Not sure yet if it's better to then do all my analyses on the flattened tree or if we should build up a database of facts about the code first...
