This morning's walk. Another funky fungus. The termites are still on the move, they appear to have built a little roof over their track-crossing. We (Rosie the Whippet and me) were given directions to a location where a koala had been seen snoozing in a tree but we failed to spot it.

I listen to music (Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Charles Mingus, Wayne Shorter, Beethoven, Bach, Millennial Dad-Rock etc...) and read books (lots of popular science, anything that took my eye at the second-hand book shop up the road). I’m in the thrall of a small person. I like looking at trees.
I live on Yuggera Country.

@neoluddite @shlee This is what I got too. “The category isn't German or autistic — it's people for whom the gap between how things are and how they ought to be is not an abstraction but a constant, low-grade irritation.” Like… yes? But not in a judgey way…

@web_goddess@aus.social @ifixcoinops@retro.social Me too. Replace the ISP space with Geocities, and angry emails with my own lack of self confidence, and it’s a near perfect match. Damn I miss frames.
