On this Caturday, Sugar wants me to remind everyone that it's not just about the kittens. This is what I typically have to work around during the day. He wants to make sure that I remember he's still number 1 around here.
It's hard to get good pics of them at this age, but I think my wife did a pretty good job with this one.

This gray little guy being used as a pillow is Hollyhock. Though you can't see from the pic, he is a gray and white tuxedo, but like his brother Lupine, he has absolutely no white on his face, only his paws and chest.
Well... I thought I was bringing home a pregnant cat today, but she decided to have her kittens last night, so here are my five newborns. Two black and white tuxes, two gray and white tuxes, and an all black. Mom is a black and white tuxedo herself and very friendly. Unfortunately, the all black kitten is struggling a little and so I've started tube feeding every 3 hours with the hope that it won't take long to get her up to speed.
The entire extended kindle enjoying a nice afternoon sunspot.

Well, dang. The all black kitten is not going to make it. I've got her in my lap all snuggled up nice and warm and will just give her love until she passes, which will probably be within the hour.
