I was kind of hoping #mastodon would be more likely to have less of the stuff that make the modern Internet insufferable, that it would be a place where people share their art and their joy and have intelligent conversations where maybe you disagree every now and then but it's okay.
It seems like that was a little naive of me.
The world is full of manically depressed, caged animals who believe themselves the ultimate authority on their subject.
Don't let them radicalize you.
Shut out the noise.
