Quilted table runner. This is the first proper quilted item made.
So many things I learned on this project, most importantly would be to actually test the fabric marker properly, some just don't come out as easy as they advertise to do.

Since @thegiddystitcher@sunny.garden wants to bring FO Fridays (Finished Object for those not versed in crafts lingo) back into popularity I figured I'd help out.
A small woven rug. It's a soft bouclé type of yarn in the pattern pics that has been alternated with a plain weave consisting of a simple cotton rag.

@juliew2010@aus.social I got it out, but it didn't come out in first wash (nothing I tried prior to that wash did help either and it was supposed to basically just brush off), I unpicked the worst seams, applied stain remover and really worked it in with a clean toothbrush, then washed it again which gave good result. After which I did resew the unpicked lines.

@juliew2010@aus.social yeah, all good advice, but I actually needed to use astain remover to get this one out regardless, it didn't come out in a regular wash and it did color my cotton thread blue (it was already showing signs to be an issue as I sew through the line).
Will not use this particular one to mark any lines on the surface again.

@inarticulatequilter@mastodon.art it was actually a blue chalk pen, the kind that spreads a powder with a small wheel, I now know to make sure that the markings come at a place where they won't be visible should they not be as easy removed as expected.
I will also look at a good Hera marker as those at least does not leave a color.

@inarticulatequilter@mastodon.art thanks for the tip, will see what I can find in my area of the world (Sweden), never seen that brand around in fabric shops here.
I did go and buy a prym one that is water erasable (also supposed to disappear on its own after a while but that I have not tested out yet). To be safe I'll try to stick to marking just things like a diagonal to later cut on and similar things.
Considering painters tape for lines on the front, seen that suggested a few times.
