My proposal: systemic review of challenged books by librarian-led moot court
- school systems in neighboring towns form a book challenge court
- limit challenges to manageable numbers like 25 books accepted for review per year
- challenge takes the form of a book report (terms agreed by collaborating school systems) and an oral case made in court
- defense by students who also prepare reports and oral presentation
- judges are librarians of participating towns
