While I appreciate the honesty, I feel like this performance review feedback isn’t actionable enough in its current form.
Hey lazyweb, re: this subsidized ground beef import thing, every story I’ve heard/read notes that the U.S. beef stock is at a (historic?) low level, but no reporting I’ve seen explains why. We’re outrageously friendly to grazing and cattle in the U.S., so why _is_ the domestic stock of beef so low?
Found myself looking up how to make html image maps for the first time in a while, tonight. For fun reasons.

I have apparently reached the age where I say, out loud, things like “oh, great, my new sun shirt came in the mail today.”
Car-free Lake Washington Blvd is amazing. I biked from my house to Mt Baker Beach, down to Seward Park, then detoured one block uphill for refreshments at Aslan. Stopped at lakeside for another snack on my way home. People everywhere. Beautiful afternoon. Unchartable vibes.
The scrobbling will continue AND morale has improved?!
TIL that Fuji’s raw studio software has perfectly nice support for saving and editing film simulation recipes. It’s been there all along! I exclusively used Lightroom when I primarily made raw images, so I never thought to explore it. Never stop learning, huh?
So I began describing the protesters at the opening celebration for Bicycle Weekends today, but my wife cut me off by laughing uncontrollably when I said they were angry at the “bike lobby.”
