@graf@poa.st @ForbiddenDreamer@poa.st @adequate_birb@decayable.ink @f0x@darkdork.dev @bajax@baj.ax Sweet, we can shid in Grafman's pants. You know as a sign of friendship. Is there any long distance running involved? Asking for a friend.

@FiestaBun@decayable.ink @amperage1963@poa.st @satsuki@misskey.fearisfreedom.com @tyler@nicecrew.digital In mostly good ways though, as we all are, lol. Love you, bun.

Smiley girl says hello. Sweet Dorinda

Effortpoast: Race went well. Got dive bombed by bats twice had a raccoon fall from a tree and almost land on me. First six miles were paved bike path so I caught some time with 10:00 pace until I hit the technical portion. Took a wrong turn around midnight and ran six bonus miles. Was running on pace to finish around 13:00-13:30 until then. Ended up just under 15. Not disappointed at all. 4500 ft of climb. It was the deep decents that killed me. I couldn't feel my feet, aside from the shooting pain of a blistered toe pushing against my shoe, after about 3am so I didn't trust my self to run downhill much. Final four miles was streets through town, 12:00 ish pace from miles 46-50. Still had a little leg apparently, no death march to the finish. Feels good man. And I only lost three pounds which means I'm getting better at the concurrent eating contest. Idk if you've ever tried to ingest calories after like 20 miles of running let alone 40, but that is a challenge all its own. High fived a few people along the way. Got some high fives at the finish line and the coffee from the shop across the street was fantastic, five shot latte got me home without falling asleep at the wheel. Standard recovery pizza was had for dinner. I just just finished catching 12 or 13 hours of sleep. GM 525.75 for the year. #poastgains

Bogey free round until hole five. But on six I was throwing blind from the fairway like 100ft out toward a down hill slope and managed to catch a little tree love 10 ft from the basket.

@annakatarina@nicecrew.digital August 8th is also...

@PraxisOfEvil@poa.st Have you met @mushroom_soup@poa.st . She too is a racist Marxist if the lore stands

@HockeyDoxie@nicecrew.digital Good morning!

Two eggs over medium and topped with fermented pepper relish, served with well aged gouda and some orange sweet pepper. Good morning, indeed. #fedpoasting

@satsuki@misskey.fearisfreedom.com @amperage1963@poa.st @tyler@nicecrew.digital @FiestaBun@decayable.ink Ampersand, have you met bunneh? She is a sweet friend and fantastic artist!

@Grumblesock@clew.lol I was shooting par until hole five. I'd hit every basket in the number of throws allotted per hole. Like golf. If it's par 3 and you shot a 4 its a bogey. Shoot 5 and it's a double bogey.

@ForbiddenDreamer@poa.st I almost tagged @KiKi88@nicecrew.digital in the op

@tyler@nicecrew.digital @FiestaBun@decayable.ink I do wish it were that simple. It was until it wasn't. But damned if i'm not trying again. Genuine care is the key, be consistent and considerate and the general outcome will be net positive.

@Druid@poa.st Heartless. Give the boi a nuggie!

Daughter reading insta thoughts to me: Don't let anyone tell you not to buy three chickens. Those eight chickens might be the best 25 chickens you'll ever own.

It's officially retard race week!!!

@tyler@nicecrew.digital Ya, I thought so. Others' pain may register a 10 and you be like "tis but a scratch"... can you control the bend or is it like jello? do you have grip? If both grip and control mostly likely sprain , but maybe small fracture that would heal with rest, if no to either, maybe get an x-ray. Xray will not typically catch torn ligaments tho unless it's real bad.

@graf@poa.st @PraxisOfEvil@poa.st Birb doesn't get white girl wasted banana rum shots? Not even as a little treat?

@PraxisOfEvil@poa.st Hi, Rick!! Been a minute.

I feel the need to share the beauty of this 15 seconds with you in case you need a moment of peace as much as I do. Sound up.

@SarahGation@nicecrew.digital @thatfkndog@nicecrew.digital Ya, the term is papi.

@FiestaBun@decayable.ink My pineapple sage is blooming a little too late for the hummingbirds but right on time for you. So long as i don't get a cold snap we'll see a few more lovely red blossom one the next two weeks #bloomscrolling

@FiestaBun@decayable.ink You should work in a library. Jus sayin.

The only reason for me to ever go the NYC would be to see these guys on their home turf. NY hardcore maybe be best hardcore, feel free to try and prove me wrong. #gnjams https://youtu.be/UaCijH0USo8

Inventory of pretty much evening everything that will be on my person tomorrow. Decided not to do drop bag. The aid stations should have pickles and potato chips. Some of them have bacon. WAGMI

@Grumblesock@clew.lol no self respecting Midwestern birb would do lawn work and property surveying in anything else.

@graf@poa.st @PraxisOfEvil@poa.st Oh good god, I was joking about the banana rum!!!

@shibao@shitposter.world Nice try, fed! Could be, a lot of fedi lives in the contiguous 48 states.

Highlights from the Frog Jump Festival. #TellMeTheBestPartOfYourDay

@missjanedoe@nicecrew.digital @GolfCartLady@nicecrew.digital The fire pit vibe was perfect at ~50°f last night. The new to me pumpkin ciders were way too sweet though. Gotta find some ace pumpkin, I remember liking those

@MuscleOrc1221@poa.st Idk if you've ever been hit in the back of the head by a dive bombing bat at 3am while running through a forest, but it gives you pause and a reason to question the choices you've made in this life. *j-pop music starts with a groovy dance intro

Got the back and side yard today. Met some of the squatters on my property.

@Grumblesock@clew.lol Where I'm at it's hit or miss, some years you don't see the lawn for three months in the winter, but it's not usually that bad. This year was a good year for the snow resorts in the area. It snowed late, but it was consistent through March.

fuck yeah! Now we're so back fr

Two days out. Picked up my swag and my bib today. Got a free sports massage. Good stuff. Taking inventory tonight. Still debating on whether I want to make a drop bag or not for the halfway point. Emailed the leadership team at work this afternoon to let them know in was taking tomorrow off to mentally prepare. I also have an interview at 1pm, but they don't need to know about that.

@FiestaBun@decayable.ink @graf@poa.st Library work is not reading books. It's organizing books for people that like to read.

@alexmussolini88@detroitriotcity.com Two hours later...

@johatsu@neondystopia.world Like to eat or?

@tyler@nicecrew.digital I am not a dr, just a retard runner with a retarded pain scale (tis but a scratch) and parent to a ginger who has an even more retarded pain scale (no soul no pain).

@HockeyDoxie@nicecrew.digital I poasted my caturday update at an ungodly hour after a bad dream this morning. Little dude is exploring the house rn.

@Grumblesock@clew.lol Only threw nine tonight. I ran six miles (10k) on the trails and 9 holes was all I had the energy for. It was a good evening though. Great weather.

A project that someone started and I will eventually finish
