You can now inherit a deceased relative's game accounts in China, which is still not a thing in the west despite multiple attempts to make it possible. The court defined account data as digital assets which should be considered property, however identity related data such as private messages are not and "should not be inherited as they are inseparable from the deceased individual." China once again being the frontier of consumer rights in gaming. In this work, we illustrate that dry surface contact with nitrile and latex laboratory gloves can cause overestimations of microplastics (mean 2000 false positives per mm2) when using traditional library matching approaches. We recommend a nitrile cleanroom glove (mean 100 false positives per mm2) to reduce contamination.

i go really hard on reverse engineering game for like a week or two.
then i drop it completely, i don't even play the game anymore.

what's interesting is that i used to only get one or two things done in that time, but i'm getting closer to making full asset pipelines now.

it helps that i'm limiting myself to game to blender now, not the other way arond. 9 times out of 10 i'm looking at live service slop that has anticheat so mods are already a non option.

reminder that every game thinks this and every game found out the hard way. to the point where some games just delay their game not only for their own game's health but also so the devs can play the new game rather than do bug fixing for their own game on release week.

there's enough overlap for it to matter, and also gta 6 will just take all the marketing and press coverage so the game will be shadowed. people in the cross section will be focused on gta and people who aren't will be flooded with gta 6 stuff whether they want it or not.

on the plus side glass and tin/aluminium are way, way higher yield when recycled than plastic so it's also just better in that regard. they don't absorb fatty liquids either, we've all had stained plastic containers.
