Man I wish these had existed when I was still a cage monkey at the startup, working in the data center cage. Rackstuds toolless rack mounting hardware, for square hole server racks. Getting a bag to try in my homelab.

US tax forms have a field for "income earned through illegal activities".
I would be very interested to know how many people fill this in each year.

Seeing the California Symphony in Walnut Creek tonight. One of the performances is from Valentin Silvestrov, Ukranian composer in exile

Dear Lazyweb:
Looking for suggestions for a cheap-but-reliable 2.5 Gb managed switch. My requirements are simple
* At least 8 ports @ 2.5 Gb (RJ-45)
* At least 1 10Gb RJ-45 or SFP+ port (SFP is gigabit, no good to me)
* Managed
* Rack-mount
* Cannot require 'cloud adoption' or other vendor lock-in subscription services to work
Nice to have:
* PoE on at least some of the ports
F*ck. If you're playing No Man's Sky, don't do the center of the galaxy mission with anything but the stock spaceship
Made the mistake of using the scavenged Sentinal ship and now I'm stranded in a new galaxy with no way to take off from the first planet

FCC has basically banned routers in the USA. Stupid stupid
Time to write your US House critter. This is unfair and partisan toward #EV drivers

Hey friends! Sorry for the short notice. Do you like weird #indie #comics that get turned into weird TV programs? Come check out the first four episodes of the Mosquito and Spider Show. Based off the wonderfully odd Mosquitoandspider.com comic.. Not adult-rated, but definitely adult-oriented!

No I am not. I am coughing. A lot.
Asking on behalf of a friend who is struggling. His landlord is losing the house in June, so he is being evicted.
Trying to find a room anywhere in the bay area. He has stable financial support from the family, but his budget can only stretch to $700/mo.
If ANYone has a room or loft or whatever that is available before June, please let me know and I will pass it along. Please boost
Looking forward to seeing folks at #GalacticCamp this Friday - Sunday. #furry con in #Alameda on a historic aircraft carrier, raising funds for the USS Hornet.
Be sure to #pre-register as day passes are not available this year due to City rules, and weekend passes will be limited on-site!

@TechConnectify@mas.to I don't have a door closer in my house, but I still found this video useful and entertaining. I think I'm going to start carrying Allen keys with me.when I travel. Maybe make that cheap hotel a bit more pleasant to stay in.

@Crissa@meow.social Yep, it does. It needs items that are only available on Dissonant planets to repair the launch thrusters and the pulse engine (sub-light)
