And now that some solutions are technically in reach, but only need to be deployed at scale + stopping the ancient. The LAST people to be followed should be the oil industry (I'm glossing over some hard industries reliant on oil, but on the energy front, nuclear, wind, solar could replace most of the 80% of oil to be burned)

@Techaltar@mas.to If you piss off EVERY brand's fanboys equally, then it means you're pretty neutral by definition. You are one of the few to report judge decisions in manufacturing countries that could/will impact both pricing and availability of products everywhere. If those people don't care what company (or in what conditions) created the iphone screens they marvel about, could they stop arguing about it every time ?

@frivoal@w3c.social an open source solution that is multi platform (phone app, browser, desktop Win - Lin - Mac) and pretty user friendly (big buttons exist) https://jitsi.org/jitsi-meet/ I dunno if they recently added auto subtitles and if it's available in all their receiving platforms. But since the team started in france 🇫🇷 I think at least all the interface is fully available in French

Merci beaucoup 💪 Je suis de plus en plus confronté aux mails qui sont filtrés / delayé entrant comme sortant des fournisseurs français Et j'ai déjà entendu parler de l'hégémonie de Google et des gros clouder pour des bloquages de mail des "petits" fournisseurs. Tu as déjà été confronté à cela ?

@frivoal@w3c.social yeah, The device ring, I understand as a key point for you but I haven't tried their full app (desktop and co) yet. So I dunno It's sad Signal stopped the sms invite because it would tick everything except subtitles But it is quite hard to Speech To Text on every device + language. Microsoft got that with their power and control of the devices dependency I guess.
