@tha @leyrer unpopuläre meinung: Ich finde Jira ganz ok. Es ist nicht *toll*, es könnte gerne besseren Markdownsupport haben, und über die Geschäftspraktiken reden wir mal nicht, aber als Tool ist es schon ganz ok. Wenn es nicht jemand kaputtkonfiguriert hat. Das Kernproblem ist halt: Wenn jemand einen schlechten Prozess in Jira abbildet, ist es halt schlecht.

Übrigens wäre es gut, wenn die 112 nicht direkt den (externen) Notruf wählt, die erwischt man viel zu leicht, wenn man Gabelwählen übt. Für Sie getestet.
