mastodon 4.6.5Medically challenged but stubbornly undefeated fan of the outdoors. Have been known to crawl up a hill when I’ve bitten off more than I can chew 😬 I love to explore forests, hills and beaches. I wish I could add mountains to that list but they really are physically out of my reach. Head says yes, body says don’t you even think about it! ⛔️ When I’m resting, because inevitably I’ve overdone it out walking, I like to keep my mind busy by reading and knitting.

@firda@sunny.garden I think that whatever I wear on my feet makes a difference to me tbh so I could see how it might do for knees too. I wore my boots last weekend as i thought it might be muddy. My legs were agony for days after and I wondered if it was my boots as I hadn’t worn barefoots in ages. Might need to build my strength back up in my feet but still considering new boots of a different type.
