Deke's previous owners bought him as an Easter gift for their young child, then abandoned him outside. Today is an opportunity to remind folks that #rabbits are intelligent creatures, not toys, and to apologize to Deke with salad and cuddles.

@ericsfraga Trying to be optimistic. Some of the bike lanes in this video weren't present just a couple years ago, and there are plans to extend them later this year.

@CyclesSmiles I'd rather some of the drivers give up driving. Maybe we could provide them with some viable alternatives, like a protected bike lane or a well-funded public transit system.

@patmikemid Yikes! Some of the worst cycling roads in my area are labeled "bike routes" by the city because they have sharrows. Hardscaping > painted bike lanes > sharrows
