Also - Tailorable did make Jungkook a jacket. I hope for their sake he did wear it briefly at some point... #BTS #Mexico ( I think the jacket must be in a reel or a story as I can't find it now)
And look at RM + Suga boldly wearing their glasses. As someone who was told at 13 - wear glasses + have a brace on your teeth - I'm so proud superstars feel happy to wear glasses and fight the "specky" phobia

We didn't go on holiday because of mills & canals, but it became a thread between the other Brontë and Railway things. This is a sculpture in Hebden Bridge marking their last mill, which made corduroy fabrics, which need a special needle ( the sculpture) and was run for a while as a co-operative ( I looked it up)
I read this morning that Charlotte Brontë "blue dress" was made from fabric woven at Salt Mill, using his alpaca yarn.
And: Aquaducts! Engineering!

We made it to The Brontë Waterfall! And then Top Withens ( Wuthering Heights)! There was no doubt my husband would, but I wasn't sure I could. Some bits were really steep. But it was beautiful, and cold. A well earned pub lunch afterwards. #Yorkshire #Bronte #walk

I guess as Instagram is throwing so many different things out ( from accounts I don't follow) that how #BTS members are seeing & liking a variety of posts ( eg Jimin liked a super piece of artwork around his concert look) and we know from Are You Sure? how screen addicted they have got.
Ok. I'm going to read a book now. Last day at work for a week - off on holiday tomorrow morning!

So while researching #WaterWorks I realise there is an extra human question to all this.
( Would also relate to installing gas and electricity in homes, but water is my concern)
So the building of reservoirs and waterworks pre 1850 would probably not include water to home (1)

I loved this Jane Austen "Emma" ( the only Austen book I've read is P&P hence this watching series) and I felt the casting was ideal. It also seems to have been the inspiration for Kitty XO!

Very interesting from both a history and textile viewpoint - there was an exhibition. Mr Salt already had 5 mills, this mill was large enough to have everything on one site. He accidentally discovered alpaca wool and blended it into his fabrics. The alpaca is a symbol for the label!
Meanwhile he was wanting good accommodation for his workers, and facilities to improve their education.

With heatwaves we have been sleeping with the window open ( cool night air) + curtain open ( to let air in) I'm not a fan of curtains open. Daytime is everything shut to shade the sun.

Dinner was quite nice, given it was random ( leftover) things thrown together ( frozen coley fish, frozen Mediterranean veg, onion, mushroom, spinach, tin toms, garlic & oregano)

@ametonym@todon.eu I saw this yesterday, and I just realised ( ticket or no ticket) that it would be excellent by the end they just gave up with the new songs and did a whole Red Bullet Tour set for one Europe date ( because they didn't tour that here) ( in fact they could just pop down to my garden and do it, I can make a stage that small)
