Profile picture for everyone's favorite Fediverse Cryptid @catsalad@infosec.exchange! Because I'm a big fan of community art events and they have a need for a whole bunch of art: I think it would be lovely to source some profile pictures for Catsalad from the community! Starting up the hashtag #catsaladpfp to keep things organized. Feel free to use it if you want to contribute! #furry #furryart #art #digitalart #krita #cat #salad

I can definitely think of worse ways to spend an afternoon than reading yuri in a meadow!

Feedback very much welcome! This is my first time actually making a full background for one of my pieces, and I love how it turned out. Definitely going to be doing more of this in the future hehe

Also, I've been having a lot of fun playing around with brushes lately, and I'm really happy with the inking pen brush I've been tinkering with (which I used for the linework in this piece)! More than happy to share it (and/or screenshots of the settings menu if you want to recreate it in another program), if anyone's interested!

@catsalad@infosec.exchange Same! That basically my default standing pose back when I was an awkward pre-teen who wore exclusively graphic tees and sweatpants that were way too short lol
