@davidbisset@phpc.social Reminds me of a conversation I had with the makers of the Vivaldi Browser. They allow Markdown formatting in the browsers' Notes facility. I asked if they could pop a wee guide or cheat-sheet in there to get people started, like a lot of text-input-heavy programs do.
"Oh, it's not up to us to describe Markdown."
"Not even the form of Markdown you've chosen to implement?"

Moving swiftly on from a Pretender Pretending Professionally we reach The Transformers (and Action Force) #192, staying with "Uncle" Bob Budiansky as he reheats earlier story beats about Humans VS Transformers to bring us pound-shop bootlegs of G.I. Joe's Dreadnoks as they pit their mettle against the Sparkler-Minibots (US: "Sparkabots") and TriggerBots. While lurking in the ludicrously disguised wings are Scorponok and the Decepticon Junior Headmasters...
*Transformers media*: Come see these miraculous machine life-forms that you can't get anywhere else!!!
*Also Transformers media*: but we also want to tell stories about humans that you can literally find in every other form of media because we think you won't like it if you can't see your ape-descended selves scratching around somewhere.
Baaargain!
I knew I kept Facebook around for a reason! Friends & Family? Ehh nice try. Transformers Sales Groups!!!
Not only have I just scored a £90 toy for half price, but I was looking at it yesterday and he was looking for a tenner more then! Pays to be patient!
Today's #deskbot surely breaks some kind of rule by steadfastly refusing to change form (he even bit me when I pressed the issue) but is still a robotic terror feared by all, even his Renegade handlers! The mighty and fearsome #Zod!
Having bought all those nifty Machine Robo concepts for their #Gobots line, Tonka couldn't resist throwing some of their own work into the line and Zod is a fine example. He shouldn't work, being kinda goofy, but as a toy he has a chunky solidity that works wonders.
@COMPU73E@mstdn.games @LaurenZannah@tech.lgbt ...I'd normally try to give someone the benefit of the doubt but given the nature of the clash that prompted this I don't think I can.
A spiteful middle-finger to the people he disagreed with. Classy. 😠
@kemra102@mastodon.social There's an original painting on canvas there for about £3000 and I actually stopped to consider it....
Birthday coming up soon. :)
What's that FAVOURITE COMIC BOOK ARTIST GEOFF SENIOR? You have a new LIMITED EDITION A2 PRINT of MY FAVOURITE TRANSFORMER in a colour scheme that matches my newly redecorated bedroom?
Y O I N K !
@plastic_craic@mastodon.world Phenomenal photo. Just glorious.
I don't see #FollowerCount: I see #Transformers #MarvelUK comics.
193.
Part two of "Ca$h and Car-nage". 🥱
"White Line Nightmare" apparently originates from dialogue/narration in Mad Max 2, an apt homage for this issues' rolling vehicular combat. Artist Andrew Wildman has made this more explicit by using thick white speed lines on his two subjects, Autobot Fizzle and Not-Dreadnok.
I forgot the Firecons were in this as well; I love those dorky little monsters! Future Deskbots? YOU BETCHA.
@suqdiq@chaos.social OH, that's gorgeous. 😍
@Opie_Dokie Usul, we have hype levels the likes of which GOD has never seen.
