That's another #NBPy in the books. We'll be back next year for the 8th edition and our 10th anniversary.
From the bottom of our hearts: thanks for being the kind of community that speaks truth to power, instills hope for the future, and makes each other better humans and practitioners no matter where we work in the stack. All our love 💖

As always, thanks so much to everyone who could stick around and help! It means we as organizers get to go enjoy dinner with all you fabulous people rather than spend many hours on cleanup. #NBPy
Not at North Bay Python? We'll have talk recordings available and... for the first time ever, we're also livestreaming! #NBPy

Welcome to our home! Conference chair @chrisjrn@social.coop is kicking off #NBPy 2026 🐍☁️
Hello #NBPy people! The conference comes tomorrow, but if you're in town tonight, we'll be at The Block for drinks/dinner from 5pm-ish. See y'all there?
#NBPy 2026 ran at a loss this year. It's a public service and we'll be back in 2027, but we could use your help closing the budget gap.

Thanks to the speakers for rapidly reviewing and approving their videos, and shout out to @andrew@fedi.aeracode.org for doing phenomenal work stepping up to do in-house video recording and production this year.
Closing out #NBPy 2026 💖
woohoo someone bought a ticket today
you could too! https://pretix.northbaypython.org/nbpy/nbpy-2026/
Can you believe it's basically three days until #NBPy 2026? Have you got your tickets to the best barn-based tech conference in northern California?
No?
You should fix that: https://northbaypython.org
#NBPy tickets still on sale
no incentives for buying today except for the satisfaction of knowing your organisers are a tiny bit happier about the state of the conference
and frankly, that should be enough

Only another 48 hours before you can no longer buy #NPBy 2026 tickets before the start of the conference.
But why not buy now? https://pretix.northbaypython.org/nbpy/nbpy-2026/
RE: @baconandcoconut@freeradical.zone
Of course we accepted the talk about cats, we are exactly that sort of conference.
(buy a ticket? https://pretix.northbaypython.org/nbpy/nbpy-2026/)

11ish days until the conference.
Three reasons why you should register soon:
1. We can only cater for restricted diets if we order this week
2. Our fancy armchair order has to go in this week.
3. We'll be slightly less anxious about sales.
Register now/tomorrow! https://pretix.northbaypython.org/nbpy/nbpy-2026/

RE: @NorthBayPython@social.northbaypython.org
two people bought tickets yesterday, presumably on the basis of this message
great to know that people care for their conference organisers
why not be the first person to buy one today?
