heat+humidity+ masks is a miserable combination I know all too well, having only lived in places that are hot and frequently humid during the pandemic. Vented masks help a lot with that, at least, and PAPR units actually are more comfortable than no mask due to all the airflow , IME

ffp2 in the EU and P2 in Aus, and I think the Uk. Be sure it's a proper ffp2 that's made in the EU, though. There were and still are a *lot* of Chinese kn95 masks that were allowed in to raise supply in the early pandemic that I don't' consider trustworthy, but which are called ffp2 here.

There's also FFP3, which is like an n99 mask, and does not suffer from that issue

You should look into it. it's basically a low caffine houjicha, because it's made from the stems. I have it sometimes when I want tea, but not caffine.
