Something I said a year ago... No sane, credible person will doubt that Gaza was being bombed back into the stone age. Rather, what you should doubt are all the people claiming your money would solve this, even as Israel was committing a war crime and had successfully shut down all communication for a while — yet these people somehow were still online asking for your money. Communication was eventually restored, but you should question how every single person — asking for your money — were magically unaffected during that time.

Lastly, "Gaza Verified" is not actually verified; it is a scam group. They investigate themselves, verify themselves, and find nothing wrong with themselves. There is no oversight, and the people who supposedly perform this so-called verification — "Joy," for example — want your money, too. It is a scam that exploits people's desire to help the poor people of Gaza while making themselves sound official by using the word "verified." They are no more verified than Federal Express is a branch of the government (it is not). If you're looking for the next legacy build, in the future 4.8.x will likely be it. Mastodon likes to keep three releases going: legacy, stable, and current (plus nightly, which becomes current). With this historic pattern in mind as we march toward 5.0, which will become the current build, that would make 4.9 the stable and 4.8 the legacy. That is only speculation, of course. But I do know well enough, that moving to 4.5 isn't your next best move.
