35 million Americans receive a traffic or misdemeanor citation every year. Only 6.5% of courts offer any online resolution.

At the Code for America Summit, @mallis@mstdn.social joined the Justice Management Institute and the City of New Orleans to share an open source platform that lets people resolve their case without ever setting foot in a courthouse. Built on Drupal because the infrastructure of justice should be owned by the public.
