For now, we don’t have to use AI, but they are really pushing it. We had to go to this big conference that was run by some douche who made his money convincing other people they could leverage AI to solve all their problems. I think that guy was completely full of crap. They asked us to do projects with AI and report back. I was just not impressed. Plus the environmental impacts are a no go. Not to mention that it’s stealing peoples work, art, music, etc. Oh , and taking real people’s jobs. At my job using AI is a choice, and say hell to the nah.
