After yesterday turned out to be glorious I thought I'd missed my opportunity but today has been just as nice.
Ride up the east side of Coniston and back via Cunsey (after a stop at the 'little ice cream shop' because, well you have to don't you.)

After yesterday turned out to be glorious I thought I'd missed my opportunity but today has been just as nice.

I didn't stop to take a photo because they look so underwhelming at this stage but the first bluebells are out all through Bouth and up to Tottlebank.
Sadly the Skunk Cabbage is also flowering at Newby Bridge and by the Crake near
Lowick Bridge.
I can't vouch for the veracity of the figures but wasting food is wrong in so many ways and is largely avoidable. cutting food waste also saves money.
Does anyone know whether there are any events linked to the #TogetherAlliance #Together march happening in the North West of England tomorrow?
