Today's Supreme Court decision regarding gerrymandering is just another reason why we need to strongly consider abolishing this government and writing a new constitution. There is no way this country will be able to right all the conservative wrongs by pretending the old framework is still viable. It's done.
Last night's White House Correspondents Dinner reminds me of that scene in "Chicago" in which Roxie Hart's trial is overshadowed by Go-to-Hell Kitty's arrest, so she faints after announcing that she's "pregnant" to garner public sympathy and even more attention.
