This was the perfect place to spend some time after attending the funeral of a very young friend. Very beautiful, and extremely peaceful.
My old schoolfriend made it into the water for a swim. I was a wee bit too exhausted this time.

Of course, I only have a lie in because *they* like to enjoy their #caturday
As a #coeliac who's home is far from a shop or pub with much of a #glutenfree beer selection, I'm delighted to have found a website with an extensive selection of both regular and non-alcoholic tipples.
Thank you to Trembling Madness!
(Cactus Cat Hazy Pale Ale, by Tartarus Beers, is particularly tasty.)
#SessionA9 will be playing in #Ullapool Village Hall this evening. 7pm doors for 8pm start.
Session A9 is an occasional gathering of 7 astonishing world class trad musicians, who are even greater than the sum of their parts when they play together.
These guys have been friends for decades and their talent, camaraderie, and humour always shines through in between their awe-inspiring set list.

Don't they know that driving onto the verge helps neither the ability to pass, nor the poor verge.
(Another pet hate of mine - verge destruction.)
