If I don’t know how to pronounce it, or even if it’s just not familiar, the name becomes “starts with J and is about 10 letters long” (plus some sort of shape element I can’t quite describe) and if there’s more than one like that, I’m sunk.

I just spent nearly two hours trying to place an order for delivery from IKEA. Bank says it approved the charge, IKEA says it was declined, lather rinse repeat with 3 cards and 2 browsers. Finally got it to work via the app and ApplePay.
Why do they make it so hard to give them money? I know they came relatively late to ecommerce but shouldn’t that mean they can hire people who already know how to make this work?
