For likely the first time in modern history, the Supreme Court decided more cases in fast-tracked, secretive proceedings than in open court.
Watch us break down how a once-rare emergency process became the norm.

Donald Trump will nominate more #SupremeCourt justices in the next two years. Any of the old Supreme Court Justices could die and both Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito are expected to retire. If Democrats win a majority in the Senate, then Trump will be forced to put better people than Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito onto the Supreme Court. This will end Supreme Court approval of Trump's unconstitutional actions that reduce our rights.

Looking forward to seeing how the Supreme Court contorts itself around long-established precedence and the constitution to give this administration a win in limiting mail in ballots.
My guess is they argue the executive order is between his admin, and the USPS totally skirting the issue of states rights (a traditionally Republican position) and clear as day text of article 1 section 4.
