Could someone who's remotely techy explain to me how to install passmenu onto my Linux laptop?

I'm playing about with pass and the YouTube videos I'm watching recommend it, but none of them explain how to actually get it. They all just talk about how wonderful it is once you've got it and assume it's universally obvious how to go from not having it, to having it.
