Given the number of solar panels I thought it might be a #liveaboard but a few moments research revealed this website: https://www.vulcanowners.co.uk/ which revealed it used to belong to the Challenger fleet. I recall the days when they were rivals to OwnerShips. Both companies RRare now defunct.
