like, i'm getting an error where it can't find a remote or something appstream2 and flathub:appstream can't be updated for whatever reason.
it then provides absolutely no information about what is happening, what paths it can't open, etc.

i think i witnessed the american accent change recently.
even i have fallen victim to the pronunciation change.
when i was a kid, and very online, i never noticed people saying "dere" instead of "there"
but i have noticed that a few years ago i started pronounce it that way too. and i have noticed an increasing number of people over the past 6 years who say it.
and i don't think its a social bias for me specifically because none of my closest friends do that, but i notice it constantly in randos.
i think its maybe an internet accent thing.
