And now you see the same thing going on in Israel, Russia and in the USA for that matter. Tyrants and massmurderers can only be stopped by a vigilant democracy with a strong rule of law that also executes in times of trouble. Look at Hungary, South Korea or Brazil for that matter. We need to stay vigilant for non-democratic takeovers, because instead of by coup they come by electing thugs by all means possible into office with narrow margins. Een getuige via CNN Türk: "Passagiers merkten dat de boot vol met water begon te lopen en dat zij de bemanning waarschuwden". Die zou vervolgens hebben gezegd: "Jullie zijn dit niet gewend, wij wel. Het komt wel goed."
