@instantiatethis@keyboards.social iirc law here would dictate you’d have to reasonably accommodate (reasonable on employee and employer). Sounds perfectly good use of accommodation to me. Unsure of your rights there but the employer would get likely taken to tribunal here and probably lose thousands 😅
