So, it sounds like Core's statement here: https://www.netbsd.org/developers/commit-guidelines.html Is basically saying "There may one day be a case that we accept AI generated code, but the chance of that is so INCREDIBLY unlikely and will have to go through so many people for approval because it is so tainted, that realistically the answer is no but we have this statement here just in case."

@netbsd@mastodon.sdf.org So, I'm sick and burned out. I have no tact. So, like, it says no GenAI code, unless you have like explicit approval from the core team. Have...you ever done that or is it the diplomatic way to say "Ask us directly so we can tell you, personally, to fuck off."
