I suppose I'm a bit late to the party here, but... This reads to me (in all the best ways) like a graduate thesis on social governance. I see a huge amount of lived experience embedded here. I also see incisive critical analysis of societal norms & the "big picture" of moderation & collective governance
in intentional communities.
FWIW, I'm semi-active in local gov, & much of your analysis is directly relevant there, eg nuance-fatigue & challenges balancing transparency with efficiency.
