Spent a few days in Suffolk taking my dad to his chemo appointments

It’s really hard to see him losing hair, and wiped out. he had this demeanour i cant put my finger on, but it really has me worried about him since he was acting so different even when he had energy.

Got back to London a couple days ago and i’m so exhausted, keeping up a front and not getting the rest i usually can along with all the emotional stuff has just got to me

feel all tightly wound and not really sure how to get that feeling to relax
