I lifted harder today than I have lifted maybe this year. I lifted so hard that it is difficult to think now.

In other news, I just replaced a battery and a corroded and broken battery terminal in our 28 year old outback, which was stranded in a gas station parking lot after its operator succumbed to the siren song of a fresh corn dog. I've never heard it start so strong. Feeling quite chuffed with myself, and rather butch

My finger is no longer hurting all the time and now has gone to the itchy part of healing which is always when I mess with it but grampas @toddbuddy@4bear.com and @ieatfog@mastodon.social reminded me to not mess with it so I'm being a good boy and letting it be
Alright it's official we are building UP! Installed our first new window today. Only 13 left to go. Took awhile to get back into the swing of it, but now that I am refreshed on the process the remaining installs should go quicker. Woo !!
Removed the bandage and it's not looking as bad as I thought it would. So that's good. Finger injuries fuckin hurt!

Just working on having a strong body so a slip on some ice doesn't unhinge your spine, or a mis-step on a trail doesn't cause a fall!
I've been calling it "durability training" and I'm kind of wondering about making an app for it for my husband. He just needs something to easily follow! Maybe that would be fun to make
