Thunderbirds International Rescue Technical Operations Manual arrived from England. Went straight to my favorite vehicle… Thunderbird 2
wanted to replace my personal intel iMac for over a year... now with the ARMmagedon price hike🤦♂️ ... with all signs point to another price hike for 2027 due to even worst shortage from chip makers🤯 ... between macMini (thunderbolt 4, RAM config is either 24Gb or 48Gb) vs Mac Studio (thunderbolt 5 and 32Gbs RAM) or wait for new iMac in few more months... or wait until 2030.

@BasicAppleGuy@mastodon.social we did this version for Apple in all hinting sizes back in 2014.
If you are flying into Haneda Airport, Japan. Have more than 2 suticases, and or arriving during rush hours or late in the evening. You should consider charter a truck via https://akabou-tsurumi.com your belongings transfer directly to your hotel after drop off. Saved me from back pain after traveling for 16 hours.... the only catch is if you and your group has too much... you will need to bring them to the parking lot. Because the female driver can only carry so much. #tokyo #travel
Six plastic knobs support the weight of a metal frame, glass top and what’s on the shelf. One knob now broken and I have no idea how to fix it. This is a 15 months old KitchenAid refrigerator and out of 1st year manufacture warranty for 3 months. Extended warranty from the seller only cover the mechanical parts.
bought new refrigerator in Feb 2025 along with extended warranty from the appliance company. Learn in early April there is a manufacture defect, . It was dead. Finally KitchenAid replace it in May. Took 6 months to transfer the extended warranty transfer from the new-dead fridge to the new one. Now 15 months later, there is an issue. I was told extended warranty doesn't cover it. And KitchenAid refused to fix it because this fridge has a legal binding repair contract. WTF.

last time I bought 4 new tires was back in Dec 2020 for $700.... they are Yokohama tires... now I need 4 new tires and they now cost $950. Looking it up, Yokohama Tires is one of the many company suing for refund of Tariff paid. What a mess.
Not many electronics maker do this type of display. In Asia, it is known as ES-PV6A, Panasonic (US) named it ARC5 as branding.

Finally got some quality sleep in the bank. 5 hours!
Not lego, 2 Hong Kong brands featuring Flying Hong Kong Taxi set, and Hong Kong landmarks. But my suitcases are full.
Got 4 hours of sleep. Better than none.
I want a fun looking iBook.
Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway: The Sorcery of Nymph Circe is set for a US theatrical on May 15th.
never heard of Scratchpad app until today's technical support email.... asking about characters limit. This company is trying to compare apple to apple of their choosing. And they are not even accurate. #TotRocks

Set iPhone on table vertically. Rotate iPhone. Level appear and disappear randomly.

And then Apple Support couldn’t call me back because WiFi-calling got turn off after reset and there is no signal here. Run diagnostic twice remotely and failed. So I have to take it to an Apple Store to check. My guess this is most likely a bug in 26.3.1 and not hardware issue. (3/3)

@Ronnie@mastodon.social This part 2 of a trilogy. No idea about the secondary header also. All I know is part 2 has a lot of talking. Not much fighting. LOL.
Yikes, fatal stabbing inside Pokémon Center, Sunshine City, Ikebukuro, Tokyo. Was there 7 weeks ago.

@sindresorhus@mastodon.social Make sense since they are years ago and outdated. No worries. I am just cranky due to lack of sleep.
Apparently my sinus issue is allergies… early for this year… combo of both jet lag and sneezing all night long. Blowing my nose none-stop is tiring.
since back from Hong Kong, jet lag is hitting me hard. Waking up at 2:30am every morning. Getting sleepy in the afternoon and early evening. And my sinus is all mess up due to the weather change. Now the clock spring forward in 4 days?
It is the 27th here in Hong Kong… 4am… couldn’t sleep. Where is Bruno Mars’s new album? Suppose to drop on the 27th.

@gedeonm@mastodon.social @marc_eu@veganism.social FYI, according to Google search…. The 1x1 LEGO plate (specifically part #3024) is a standard, highly common building element, and the underlying design is not protected by current copyright or, in most jurisdictions, active patent law.
And there are many brands using and selling this brick. Mega Bloks in US, Qman and Royal Toys in Hong Kong for example.
Personally I have way too many Lego sets. But I also get sets not available in US and LEGO never made.
Really need an option to “reset all settings but Apple Wallet”. (1/3)

@manolo@indieweb.social Genius Bar got level working by going into spatial and then back out. There was no level at all before that.
Behavior of level changed also? I recall it was always on and has a higher degree of tilt acceptance? 🤷🏻♂️
Kewl… Henry Cavill is in Hong Kong filming for Highlander.
glad I haven't update to iOS 26.4 yet
