i'm doing some admin work until my dog eats and then goes outside. he's outside but hasn't eaten. he just spit up a bit so maybe his stomach aches. gonna get up and try to lead him to his bowl. if not, i'm heading out.

Today is Midlands Gives, a virtual #Fundraising even for central South Carolina.

home invasion scare 🫥

i'm okay. the alarm chimed for someone opening the backdoor but 12 scoped the house ans there was no one inside.

i went in a locked room inside a locked room.

maybe it was the wind. or maybe the person got scared away by the home security system. who knows?

i now have a stress headache

i went to #SpecialOlympics swim practice yesterday and i was cutting through the water, despite being tired from masters swim practice that morning.

i have improved in two weeks of intense 6 days a week practice. i hope this translates to the meet and at least beat my personal best (i want gold in everything ofc. but like...realistically i want my pr/pb). i will take a rest day tomorrow and compete saturday.

i'm gonna kill it next year if i keep this up. most ppl take a break.
