@kirschner@mastodon.social @fsfe@mastodon.social Hey @mro@digitalcourage.social, thx for chiming in. From our past interactions, I believe @liaizon@social.wake.st has the knowledge to answer that question. Either way, that's also a good point :)

It was extremely difficult to balance all points, especially given that at some point I was in the position of "bridge" between two juxtaposed positions. It is definitely be overwhelming to receive notes every 10 seconds while listening to speeches, thinking of your next speech, engaging and thinking of your next step, calculating your words to make sure majorities are formed and diplomatic relationa are not destroyed… might write a weblog about this in the future :)

@liaizon@social.wake.st @kirschner@mastodon.social @fsfe@mastodon.social Hm, that's interesting, does your instance support Nodeinfo 2.x? The current implementation fetches the software name from there and then redirects to the right URL based on it (https://git.fsfe.org/FSFE/share-buttons/src/commit/c29559b6db872ef7475e191e8bef118340ed195d/share.php#L15) Thx for letting us know :)

@Gina @forgejo @BZKopensource @tomootes @bo @johan @marlenabcn That's amazing, congratulations!

@andypiper thank you for your work! Wishing you the best in this next stage!

@Gina I am hoping that the upcoming Digital Fairness Act [1] will address some of these points 🤞 [1] https://www.europarl.europa.eu/legislative-train/theme-protecting-our-democracy-upholding-our-values/file-digital-fairness-act

@liaizon@social.wake.st ...what even is the point of that? 🥴
