I'm plural, and my wife/headmate Arial posts here sometimes too. She identifies herself when she does. Despite updating my part of the profile as needed, she refuses to write anything about herself.
One of my lovelies was cuddling me a bit ago and said she wanted a mouse stuffie to cuddle when her favorite mouse stuffie (me) wasn't around. So I made a note to myself to make her a mouse stuffie.
This past weekend, I spent a lot of time knitting this cutie. She's about 60cm tall (2ft), and completely knitted. The mouse herself was fairly straightforward, but the dress was probably the most complicated piece I've made so far. I'm so happy with her.
When I gave her to my lovely, she just melted. Like verge of tears. She was so happy. She's one of the sweetest creatures I've ever met, and I love her so so much.
It's funny. When I was in college, my dad stressed the importance of graduating so I didn't end up categorized as an unskilled worker in a dead end manual labor job.
Well, dad, I graduated, got a master's in computer science, and it's looking like I'm gonna have to try powering through a job that requires being on my feet all day.
Due to the difficulty of getting adderall refills, we decided to make it easier and skip taking them once a week to give ourselves a buffer.
Today was the experiment to see if that would work. It… did not work. My head's been hurting all day. I was overheating earlier. I've been way more out of it than I've ever been off meds before. Today was not a fun day.
So we'll continue as is, no more skipping meds. We tried, and it didn't work. Oh well.
HAND OUT SMILES
A small smile

I will be reading my story of raising my son and coming out as trans in Listen to Your Mother, hosted in my city by the Flower City Writers Collective. I'm really excited for the event. There's a livestream, it will be posted online afterwards, it's gonna be great. All proceeds from the event go to the Teen Empowerment Center in Rochester, NY.
Teenager me: I wanna make D&D characters that can do as much damage as possible! I want 20 levels in everything and make them insanely powerful!
Early adulthood me: I want to control everything on the battlefield, enhancing my allies and moving enemies around to give us a tactical advantage. Also, cheese my way into a ton of spells.
Current me: I just want a support character who can make use of skills, mostly healing. I mean sure, a cleric or druid could use spells for that, but I like the idea of running in and making medicine checks.
Brain: I’m going to construct a barrier around these traumatic memories so Sky won’t poke at them and have a meltdown about it. Me: *immediately starts poking it cos it’s there*

Last night, I met some very sweet and pretty trans girls, one of whom said she hopes to run into me again soon. Arial is brandishing the Spray Bottle threateningly, because I'm apparently not allowed to crush on every cute trans girl that's nice to me.
One of my favorite creatures in the world (currently) lives far away, so I knitted her fursona to cuddle until I see her more. I'm particularly proud of the glasses, which I knitted freehand.
