@roxy@chitter.xyz yeah, it is. especially with as many different people's needs to juggle as you and we need to. I'll pass along any other ideas we have in the future since we need them too

@roxy@chitter.xyz the system you're using of giving someone the day isn't too far from what we do. there's no magical solution that I know of, but I can think of a couple of tweaks that might help first, differentiate work and recreation. for example, if Roxy is spending all of her front time troubleshooting the shared project, is she really getting any time to do what she *wants* to do? that sort of thing doesn't count for us when working out personal time it also might help to track something smaller than a day. we use half days. there's nothing stopping you trading things around if someone needs a full day for something, but more frequent changes means more chances to choose how it usually works out for us is spending half of the day on shared work, where we don't track turns, and half on an individual thing. if we have a day off, two different folks get a turn that's just what works for us. keep experimenting ❤️
