Ten year anniversary of the day I got up in the morning, logged in to read the Brexit vote news, sat there stunned for a few seconds and found myself crying. And that's why I'll always hate frogface (and have a certain wariness about *anyone* called Nigel to be honest)

Good morning. I am here as cupoftea.social seems to be having umm.. a tea break right now (geddit? Comic genius at work). I am immobile today, after an ankle twist while out walking the dog yesterday. At the time it wasn't bad at all, and I kept on walking all day with no particular bother. However it started hurting and swelling up in the early evening, and soon enough I had a face that was wincing and gurning with the pain, and was shoveling down pain killers and moving as little as possible. Better this morning after a night's sleep and resting it raised on a pillow, but I'll probably have to cede walking duties to J today and have another day of not moving much. #today
