Next time someone finds a Linux Privilege Escalation bug (so tomorrow I guess) and wants to give it a flashy name. Add some swear words in the name, that way there will definitely be some people who can't create tickets for it due to word filters. Meaning it won't get patched 😁

@rachel@transitory.social @mmeier@social.mei-home.net At my work we disable kernel module loading using a systemd oneshot unit at boot (after loading everything that's needed). Didn't need to do anything for this one because of that. Annoyingly the previous one turned out to be built in instead of a module, so that required some work.

@hailey@hails.org Quite frankly, if you really must use containers. Using rootless podman through quadlet (which is really just systemd) is probably the nicest way either way, for single host at least.
