AliExpress is trying to sell me some dark shit today...
I have so many questions going on like
- how has this sold 41 times?!
- who thought that it was marketable in the first place to need making it

I’m a little late in posting this here. Better late than never I guess 🤷♀️.
I’m incredibly proud of the article and the project that went with it. I would be keen to get any and all feedback on it so please do send it through. Or if you have questions or want to know more sing out!
It's only been 2 weeks since we announced hashtag #VALA2026 but have you heard the news?
📢We have announced our first keynote! and wowzers it's a strong one!
Sebastian Hammer, co-founder of Index Data will be joining us for the hashtag #VALA2026 conference, in November.
Sebastian is well known for his work in library technology, metadata, discovery, interoperability and open infrastructure. His work has shaped how many of us think about systems and the future of library technology, with access being a particularly important lens. He brings deep sector knowledge and a perspective that fits VALA’s conversations beautifully.
