Hi there! Because of the security patch that is coming out for Sharkey tomorrow (and some other things we have to get done that mean we won't be able to stay on the computer all day), mk.moth.zone will be going down for maintenance at 2026-03-08T21:00:00.000Z. Wait no. This is just a weird-ass spearphshing campaign? There's buttons in the emails that link to fake login pages. I instinctively checked the real dashboards instead.
Why are these hackers targeting me? I have a free account that has been abandoned for ages, I don't use Sendgrid anymore.
The emails are legit tho. I guess they got into other people's accounts to send the emails.

The real question is... how did they get this email? I've never used it publicly. It was the email we only use for Sendgrid, not the public email listed on our website for general contacts.

If you're seeing double of our blog posts in your RSS feed reader, this is because we edited the feed to use HTTP instead of HTTPS URLs. This is because of how we made the Tor copy of it have Tor versions of the URLs, by using Caddy's {{.Host}} template :)
